I took acid about ten days ago and shrooms about v days agone. I was planning to drop a tab again tonight at a political party but I'thou worried that it'll be a waste of a tab.

One full week minimum between trips LSD or mushrooms I tin can vouch. Have done it many times. That said, this would exist your third trip in 11 days...that's pushing information technology to say the least.

Slow your curl OP. I wait a minimum of 2 months between trips at present. I was doing it too ofttimes before and it lost a lot of its mojo. Had to take a vi month suspension for things to "reset" and now I'grand good.

Well normally you lot should wait 2 or 3 weeks just because you shouldn't exist tripping too frequently anyways unless you have a specific purpose, goal or experiment to achieve but on rare occasions it's alright (and not a waste) to trip only 7 days apart.
